Personalized or customized products (such as photo frames with pictures, engraved lamps, or name designs) are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged products. Customized or personalized items. Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and a photo/video of the product. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
