Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
